Business Trainings
Offering a variety of training for people in business, science, public organizations, and industry, my goal is to give people the necessary tools to be their best. My business training experience spans over 25 years in international businesses and organizations in Germany, Austria, England, and France. All training courses are possible in either English or German. From new graduate trainee programs to top managers, I tailor make my courses to the needs and goals of the customer.
University Courses
In 3 different states, at 5 different German universities, for a total of over 25 years, I have taught a wide variety of English and professional business communication courses to students from all faculties from bachelor, master and PhD programs. I also offer coaching for professors. In my courses, I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and inspiration that enable students to get out of their comfort zone and try new things.
School Workshops
For more than 15 years, I have enjoyed sharing my university teaching experiences with teachers in schools on a variety of topics. Over 10 years ago, I developed a series of 2 hour workshops for 11th graders throughout Bavaria on "Powerful Presentations in English" as part of their W-Seminars. Both teacher and pupil trainings (whether online or in person) are extremely lively with hands-on material.

My Story
My name is Alisa Kasle-Henke, originally from Kansas City, and Dayton, Ohio. I studied in Vermont & Freiburg (Bachelor Degree) and Paderborn (Master's in 3 subjects) and I have over 25 years of training experience with diverse communication and business English courses in companies, universities, and schools. My courses include "Powerful Presentations", "Negotiating and Conflict Resolution", "Cross Cultural Communication", "Change Management" and "Business English". I am located in Bavaria, Germany - near Augsburg. It is my mission to inspire people in my trainings and give them the tools to be their best and reach their goals.
