The best way to learn how to negotiate successfully is to just do it. Therefore, in my negotiation training courses, I give you 15-20 minutes of theoretical imput on the Harvard Method and then I let you try it out. After each negotiation we assess how you did and where your strengths and weaknesses are. Then the whole process is repeated: I give you the next 15-20 minutes of input and you negotiate again and we reflect on it.
We take the theory and immediately put it into practice, so we can adjust the training to your needs and your negotiation experience and language skills. The course is interactive, fun, and also hard work. We use Harvard-based role plays always supplemented with good theoretical material, so you know what to do, why you should do it, and how to collaborate to find a win-win solution. Negotiation trainings typically take between 2 to 5 days, but I can also integrate a short session into half a day.
