Who needs a course in intercultural communication?

In our globalized business and academic world, international colleagues, customers, suppliers or students are the norm. Yet how often do we sit back and reflect on our own behavior and its effect on others and our working relationships? Many international joint ventures fail strictly due to the partners' lack of intercultural skills. To help you improve your intercultural communication skills, I offer courses of various lengths: 1/2 day, 1 day, and 2 day workshops for companies, students, professors or scientists. I would be thrilled to share my experience as an ex-pat living abroad for over 20 years and having worked with people from around the world.
